gamescom 2023 will start on August 23 in Cologne. It will kick off with the Opening Night on August 22.

From July 28 to 30, Cologne will once again be the meeting place for gourmets from near and far. That's when the popular Gourmet Festival takes place here. Around 100 exhibitors, from delicatessen trade to wine merchants, will be presenting selected food and beverages.

From June 6 to 13, phil.cologne, the international festival of philosophy, will take place in Cologne. The guest list of the partner event to the Lit.cologne literature festival is high-caliber, and diverse voices from philosophy, science and politics will have their say.

On Ascension Day, May 18, the DFB Women's Cup Final will take place at the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne. The final kicks off at 4:45 pm.

ISM, the world's leading international trade fair for the confectionery and snack sector, opens in Cologne from April 23 to 25. This year's theme is "Encourage.Enable.Excite!" Current topics and challenges facing the industry will be brought into focus.

The Lit.Cologne literary festival will take place in Cologne from March 1 to 11. Frank Schätzing, Charlotte Link and Julian Barnes will be among those taking part.

In January 2023, the legendary show "Holiday on Ice" will feature the winners of the 2022 Olympic gold medal, Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron, in Cologne.

From January 20 to February 19, the traditional event "Lachende Kölnarena" (laughing Kölnarena), the largest carnival session in the cathedral city, will take place for 15 times.

In November, Art Cologne, the oldest art fair in the world, will start again in Cologne. It kicks off with a preview for invited guests on Nov. 16, followed by the vernissage the next day. From November 18 to 20, the fair will then be open to the general public.
