2. Collection and storage of personal data and purpose of their use.

The use of our website normally is possible without providing personal data. If personal data, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses and / or user behavior are collected on our pages, we always do this, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis.

If you contact us via telephone or e-mail, the personal data transmitted will be stored and used solely for handling your inquiry.

Data that are subject to the legal obligation to keep records will be stored for 10 years. At any rate, we will not pass on your personal data to others without your consent.

Only authorized persons in our company have access to your data and only as far as necessary. Our employees are bound by legal obligations and if necessary additional confidentiality statements. Your data are not used for advertising purposes. If you receive advertising from DLS Limousine-Service GmbH in individual cases, we have received the data from another source.

A GDPR), we do not only need an e-mail address but also further information to check if you are the owner of the e-mail address and that you have consented to receive the newsletter. Other data are not collected. We use this data exclusively for sending our newsletter on a regular basis and do not pass on your data to third parties.

You are free to disconfirm your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter whenever you want, for example by using the unsubscribe-link at the end of each newsletter. As an alternative you can send the revocation by e-mail, by fax or by post.

(2) If you purchase services from DLS Limousine-Service GmbH/ INTERLINE Düsseldorf/ Cologne and provide us with your e-mail address, we may use it to send you a newsletter. It only contains information and direct advertising for INTERLINE services similar or comparable to those purchased by you.

Your data are only used for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

Your e-mail address is only used to submit the newsletter.

Your data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve this purpose.

Your e-mail address is only stored for the time of your subscription.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time. There is an unsubscribe-link at the end of each newsletter.

c) When using our contact form

For quick inquiry and booking and other questions we povide a contact form on our website.

In this context we need a contact name, a phone number and an e-mail address, see mandatory information marked with a red asterisk symbol in the contact form). Mandatory information is required to be handle your request. Further information in the contact form is voluntary.

Data processing for these purposes takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR, based your voluntary consent. Data submitted by use of our contact form are deleted automatically after service completion.

d) For order handling

We also need your personal data for purchase order processing. We collect and store your data voluntarily provides when placing an order, for instance by filling in an order form. For example:

  • First and last name
  • address
  • e-mail address 
  • Invoice data
  • purchase history
  • payment data

Without your explicit consent, we only store and use these data to provide our services and for the fulfilment of our contract with you.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR; you submit your data on the basis of the contractual relationship with DLS Limousine-Service GmbH.

Data not required for advertising purposes are stored only for the contractual warranty period, the statutory term of guarantee. After this period, we store the data for the time periods determined by law. (ten years from the formation of the contract), the data are only processed in context with tax inspections, company audits or criminal investigations initiated.

e) When opening a customer account

For the greatest possible convenience when ordering, there is the option to store your personal data permanently in a password-protected customer account voluntarily.

We collect and store your personal data provided voluntarily by filling in our entry form while opening a customer account.

After setting up the customer account, no new data entry is required.

Without your explicit consent, your data, such as name, address, e-mail address, purchase history and payment data, are only stored and used to provide our services and for the fulfilment of our contract with you.

You can view the data stored in your customer account and you can adjust the entry any time. You are also free to delete your customer account whenever you want.

When setting up a customer account you are asked to create a password of your choice. To access your customer account you always log in with your e-mail address and your password.

  • the data transfer is permitted by law and necessary to process contracts with you (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies, files that your browser stores on your device when you visit our website. Data of your visit are stored for the purpose of recognition, statistics, improvement of our website and to ensure its functionality. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

e) Demographic features in Google Analytics

This website uses the "demographic characteristics" function provided by Google Analytics. This makes it possible analyse the age, gender and interests of users visiting our website. The data are obtained from Google advertising and visitor data from other providers.

6. Google Webfonts

a) Extend of the processing of personal data

We use Google web fonts of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and its representative in the Union Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, D04 E5W5, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter: Google). This means that web fonts are transmitted to the browser cache with every page view. This is necessary to display of the Google typeface in Google Maps visually . If your browser does not support web fonts or averts the access, the text is shown in a standard font. During the page view Google does not store any cookies on your computer. Data transferred while viewing the page are sent to resource-specific domains as https://fonts.googleapis.com or https://fonts.gstatic.com . Thus personal data, e.g. about user activity, can be stored and evaluated, (e.g. which pages have visited and where you clicked on). The same applies to device and browser information (e.g. IP address and operating system).
In doing so, data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Google has accepted the Privacy Shield Agreement between the European Union and the USA and has certified itself. 7. Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET)

Our website uses Bing Ads technologies. They allow the collection and storage of data to create pseudonymised user profiles. This is a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. This service makes it possible to track the activities of users accessing our website via Bing Ads. If you visit at our site via a Bing ad a cookie is stored on your computer. A Bing UET tag, a code, is installed on our website. Matomo stores cookies on your computer that render the analysis of your user behavior possible. These data are stored on our server only, especially data as:

  • two bytes of the IP address of your system
  • the web page you visited
  • the website which led you to this page (referrer)
  • subpages visited
  • time spent on the website

Our website uses Matomo with the setting "Anonymize Visitors' IP addresses". Thus IP addresses are shortened to prevent an assignment to personal data; 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx). The IP address transmitted by Matomo is not merged with other data we collect.

The legal basis for the processing of user data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR respectively § 15 para. 3 TMG.

10.3 Purposes of data processing
Matomo is used to analyze the use of our website, selected functions and offers in order to improve user experience. The statistical evaluation of user behavior is used to improve our offers and make them more interesting.

10.4 Duration of data storage
The aforementiones data are deleted after a storage time of 90 days.

  • pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive those personal data you provided to us in a well-structured, established and machine-readable format or to request their transmission to another person in charge;
  • pursuant to Art. 7 (3) GDPR, to revoke your consent whenever you want – so that we are no longer allowed to transfer your data on the basis of your former consent
