From January 20 to February 19, the traditional event "Lachende Kölnarena" (laughing Kölnarena), the largest carnival session in the cathedral city, will take place for 15 times.
The carnival sessions, which last about six hours, take place mainly on Fridays and weekends. Admission is from 17.15 o'clock, on Sundays already at 15.15 o'clock and on Weiberfastnacht from 16.15 o'clock. The stars of the Karneval music scene, two large orchestras, the guards, the Who is Who of Bütten speakers and naturally the Dreigestirn will have an appearance. Among others, the Bläck Fööss, Brings, Cat Ballou, the Höhner, the Paveier and the Räuber will be there.
