The trade fair is divided into 10 special shows, as for instance Fine Food, Drinks or Bread & Bakery. Fringe events are conferences and congresses. The award presentation ceremony “Chef of the Year” will also take place at Anuga. Finalists are Alexander Gläsel and Dominik Holl.
