WDR Symphony Orchestra in Cologne Philharmonic Hall
Waltzes by Antonín Dvořák and Ravel, compositions from the pen of Brahms and Francis Poulenc’s Concerto for Two Pianos - that’s what concertgoers can look forward to in Cologne Philharmonic Hall.
The masterpieces are performed by the WDR Symphony Orchestra under the leadership of conductor Jukka-Pekka Saraste, the WDR Radio Chorus and the piano duo Gülru Ensari and Herbert Schuch.

Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 in Tonhalle Duesseldorf
Tonhalle Duesseldorf presents Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9, text of the fourth movement taken from Schiller’s Ode to Joy, on December 31st. It is performed by the Neue Orchester and the chamber choir Chorus Musicus conducted by Christoph Spering. Soloists are Yeree Suh, Corby Welch and others.
