Photokina Cologne has been presenting a unique mixture of product presentation, networking, experience and continuing training for many decades. The major trade fair was postponed now. It is running from May 8. to 21. 2022

The imaging industry is undergoing massive changes. The classic camera market reports declining sales and turnover figures. At the same time the industry expects fresh impetus from innovative segments such as mobile, motion and digital imaging. Koelnmesse derived consequences from the development of the market and reacted with high levels of investment in new exhibitor and visitor segments and young target groups.

The day prior to the start of Photokina the Imaging Innovation Conference (IIC) is held. It is a further development of the annual Business Forum Imaging Cologne, which last took place in March 2019. In combination with a visit to Photokina, the Conference creates a holistic picture of the state of the industry.

The Imaging Innovation Conference addresses retailers, imaging service providers and suppliers as well as content creators, software developers and trend scouts. The meeting takes place in the Crystal Hall in Congress Centre East of Koelnmesse.
